What are my options?

You should not be deported. You may wish to go back and follow Track 4 “I will be released into the UK”.

However, please be aware that if you are in the UK without legal status or have temporary residence that you can still be removed from the UK. If you think that you may be removed from the UK you may wish to seek independent legal advice and you should consider the following information:
