You are not liable for automatic deportation.

However, the Home Office will notify Immigration Control Enforcement (ICE) of your presence and if your status is irregular or you are present on a temporary visa it is likely that they will seek to remove you from the UK.

If you wish to return to your home country you may be able to access the Early Release Scheme and Facilitated Removal Scheme.
